Article 1 — Service Identification
PARLAX™ (hereinafter "the Service") is a sports quantitative analysis service operated by Parlax.net, United Kingdom. The Service provides analysis signals based on mathematical and statistical models to subscribers aged 18 and over.
Article 2 — Nature of the Service
PARLAX™ provides advanced quantitative analysis for informational purposes only. The signals published do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profit. The user is solely responsible for all betting decisions they make.
Article 3 — Access Conditions
To access the Service the user must: (a) be over 18 years of age; (b) be in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal; (c) have legal capacity to contract; (d) not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion from gambling; (e) expressly accept all terms of this document.
Article 4 — Subscription and Billing
The Service is provided by paid subscription. Prices: Premium £49/month or £490/year. Payment is processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in advance. A 14-day free trial is available for new members referred by an existing subscriber.
Article 5 — Cancellation and Refunds
The user may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation retains access until the end of the already-paid period. No refunds are made for partial periods, except where required by applicable law. Contact: contact@parlax.net.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
All content of the Service, including mathematical models, signals, analysis, code, and design, is the exclusive property of PARLAX™. Redistribution, copying, sale, or disclosure of signals to third parties is expressly prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Article 7 — Limitation of Liability
PARLAX™ shall not be liable for financial losses arising from the use of the signals. Quantitative analysis does not guarantee profits. PARLAX™ is not responsible for the user's betting decisions, betting account restrictions, availability of odds in markets, or changes in gambling legislation applicable to the user.
Article 8 — Service Modifications
PARLAX™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with 15 days' prior notice. Substantial price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance, allowing the user to cancel without penalty.
Article 9 — Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

1. Data Controller
Parlax.net is the controller of personal data collected through this website and the signals service. Contact: contact@parlax.net.
2. Data We Collect
Upon registration we collect: full name, email address, Telegram username. Stripe processes payment data directly on their servers — PARLAX™ has no access to card numbers or billing addresses.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively for: (a) managing your subscription and service access; (b) sending analysis signals via Telegram; (c) subscription-related communications; (d) fraud and trial abuse prevention; (e) legal compliance.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and express consent at registration (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Fraud prevention processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Data Security
Personal data is encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. All data is stored on Amazon Web Services EU-WEST-2 (London, United Kingdom). Server log data is automatically deleted after 30 days. Consent data is retained for 5 years as legal evidence.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data (GET /api/user/data), rectify incorrect data, request deletion (GET /api/user/delete), request data portability (GET /api/user/export), object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: contact@parlax.net.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 3 years to comply with UK tax and legal obligations. Upon deletion request, data is removed within 30 days.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) in the EEA and by Amazon Web Services in the EU-WEST-2 region (London). Both providers offer adequate data protection guarantees in accordance with UK GDPR.
Risk Disclosure

2. Variance and Uncertainty
Even with a positive mathematical edge, short-term results are uncertain. Extended losing streaks are statistically normal. Previously published performance data corresponds to specific periods and does not guarantee similar future results. The betting market may change, reducing or eliminating historical edges.
3. Risk of Gambling Addiction

4. Operational Risk
PARLAX™ signals are based on mathematical models that may contain errors or cease to be valid. Odds availability in markets may change between signal generation and user action. Betting operators may restrict or close accounts. PARLAX™ does not control these external factors.
5. Legal Considerations
The legality of sports betting varies by jurisdiction. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify that sports betting is legal in their country or region. PARLAX™ cannot be held responsible for the user's failure to comply with local regulations.
Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use
A PARLAX™ subscription is personal and non-transferable. You are permitted to use the signals to place your own sports bets on legal platforms, and to consult signal history and performance data to evaluate the service.
2. Prohibited Use
The following is expressly prohibited: (a) redistributing, selling, publishing, or sharing signals with non-subscribers; (b) using signals to operate a competing tipster or signals service; (c) sharing screenshots, recordings, or transcripts of signals on social media, forums, or Telegram groups; (d) using multiple accounts to abuse the trial period; (e) attempting to access other users' accounts; (f) using automated tools to extract data without authorisation.
3. Watermarks and Leak Detection
Each signal contains an invisible digital watermark unique per subscriber. PARLAX™ uses this technology to detect and trace signal leaks. If redistribution is found, the account will be cancelled immediately and legal action may be taken.
4. Consequences of Breach
Breach of this policy may result in: immediate cancellation with no right to a refund, permanent ban from the service, and a claim for damages. PARLAX™ reserves the right to report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities.

4. Self-Exclusion at PARLAX™
You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from PARLAX™ at any time by writing to contact@parlax.net. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive signals even if your subscription is active. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
5. Protection of Minors
PARLAX™ is strictly prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to prevent minors from accessing gambling-related content, we recommend parental control tools such as GamCare Young People.
6. Responsible Limits
Before following any PARLAX™ signal, set your own limits: the maximum you can afford to lose per month; the maximum per betting session; the maximum time spent betting. Respect these limits regardless of results. Bankroll management does not replace responsible gambling.

The PARLAX trident symbol, the name "PARLAX", and the phrase "Advanced Quantitative Analysis" as used in connection with sports analysis services are proprietary to Parlax.net, United Kingdom.
